Hey all. For those of you looking for a smart thermostat, Amazon has the Emerson Sensi on sale for $83.17 w/free shipping for Prime members.

There are a lot of thermostats out there, but what makes the Sensi nice is that it doesn't require a "C" wire if you have A/C and heat. Our vacation rental doesn't have a "C" wire so the Sensi relies on the power coming from either the A/C or furnace depending on what is running at the time.

It is simple to use and to add to your smart home hubs of WiFi. We have had this unit in our STR for 3 years now and excellent. No guest has had issue operating it. It has it's own app to monitor and change settings as well as integrating with Samsung SmartThings (what we have now) and Wink (what we used to have). Works with Alexa/Echo's as well.
