My 1st REI project under way.

Hi everyone,

I am starting a new project. I live in a double wide on a little more than an acre. My property runs latterly along the road so I have street access on both portions of the property. I refinanced my house and pulled some equity out. I am building (slab is poured) a 30x50 metal building 20x30 living quarters & 30x30 shop, since I already have to trench and connect water, septic & electric I am going to set a RV site with hook ups As well. I plan to rent my double wide and move into the barndominium. I already have someone lined up to rent the RV lot once I have it completed. This will be my 1st rental properties and they’ll both be on the same site.
