Looking for investment training.
Hi, I'm new to the forum and have a bunch of free time. I'd like to know if there's someone in my region looking for an apprentice. I'd like to learn the ends and out of real estate investment. Specifically speaking house flipping and property rental.

Hi @Jeremy Bruce - we keep very busy but if you're willing to learn through hands on practice (aka analyzing real life deals) this is something we'd be interested in. My wife and I live in Seattle and personally have 7 rental properties, and we're part of a team of 3 Realtors doing a total of 31 flips a year in the Seattle market.
