HELOC for paying down commercial investment mortgage?
So I've been reading about using a HELOC like a checking account to pay-down property mortgages. If this is a new idea to you, consider reading about it here: https://www.replaceyourmortgage.com/ (I'm not affiliated with this company)
But they opened my eyes to the concept, and I believe it's a good thing to do. However, I'm looking for a direct lender to setup the HELOC loan rather than use a middle man. What wisdom can you share?
