Hey guys hope you and your loved ones are doing well during this period.

I an 17 just getting started in the real estate investing going to turn 18 pretty soon. I had a couple of questions that have been bothering me.

My first question is what skills should you learn as a beginner? Like email Marketing or just the marketing side of things

My second question is should you wait for the downfall of the market like 1 to 2 years or should I try to get the first single family home in upcoming months? There is a lot of about people investing now and some people waiting till later but what’s best for the beginner?

My third question is do you need a llc to start investing?

My last question is partnership the best way to go for beginner as you learn from their experience. And they can help fund your fundings. I am saving up money but I don’t still need more and I don’t have a credit yet so what would be the best option to get money?

Any advice is appreciated thanks for your time!
