Predictions for how long the Recession/Depression will last

IMO, the government is going about this all wrong. I support all the spending to help people keep their heads above water, but you still have to incentivize work. Many people are making more sitting at home on unemployment than they would by working, so where's the incentive for them to find another (or a better) job? Unemployment benefits now pay 100% of their salary, PLUS $600 a week extra. Who in their right mind would give that up voluntarily?

Unless we find a way to incentive work, there's just no way this economy will "take off like a rocket ship" once the stay at home orders are lifted. My prediction - this is going to be a very long and deep recession. Just like Obama's recession after the 2008 financial crisis.
