PA Shuttering AirBNB

Just a heads up for what MAY be coming to a venue near you:  4/2/20--our Governor Wolf will be shutting down all short-term rentals in PA. Many folks from NY and NJ have been coming to PA to 'escape'.

Further, in PA, realtors are NOT ALLOWED to have any in-person meetings; no showings, no face-to-face interviews, no in-person lease signings or contracts.

Funny thing is, we have been able to transition to a virtual business much faster than I ever thought possible.  Video/virtual showings, online payments, e-sign contracts and leases, daily Zoom office meetings.  We have kept all our staff employed and so far, so good.  I'll update after the middle of the month to see how the rent collections are coming in.

We cannot control the lockdowns the CV19 has caused, but we CAN control how we think and feel and run our business.  We're not stuck at home; we are safe at home.

Be well All!
