MG Daytona beach at Halifax river

Posted

I am planing to retire in Daytona area and I am interested in a condo on Halifax river called Marina Grande . I have some concerns about this condo and I wonder if anyone know anything about it . I have noticed for example that there is a lot of apartments for sale and every week more Come out . I wander if anyone knows why . Is there something wrong with this condo and people want to move out ? I know  that the area is not the best but the condo is luxurious and reasonably priced. I will appreciate any feedback.
