San Diego, California Market
Looking to buy a multifamily home in San Diego, Ca. My plan is to use my VA loan after I get done with this deployment and use house hacking to cover the mortgage. I was wondering if anyone has done this in San Diego has advice? My military peers seem to think it's a bad idea due to the housing prices and rent control.
