Interesting article on a proposed law in Michigan to address the issue of people fraudulently claiming their animal is an Emotional Support Animal:

Fake emotional support animals could land owners in jail under bill

Michiganders trying to pass off pets as emotional support animals would face jail time and rental housing eviction under a bill introduced in the Michigan Senate in November.

I especially like the jail time aspect of the law. Should also make them responsible for their jail housing costs while in as well. No way tax payers should pay. Quality of jail facilities will be based on how much they can pay. May have to consider chain gangs.

Bleeding hearts likely will not allow that to pass.

I wish we could have tenants jailed for non payment of rent.
