Wanted: West Los Angeles Duplex/Triplex
Hey BP world,
Wanted to seek some advice from anyone and everyone. I'm looking to perform my first house hack by purchasing a duplex or triplex. I am obviously going to live in one of the units so its needs to be in west Los Angeles for commuting purposes. Are there specific areas I should look at that have a good amount of duplexes/triplexes? Anything I should know about the duplex/triplex market in west LA?
Thank you in advance!
