Diana Olick (CNBC) "gets it", she does a good job for a media-type.

Note "Southern Florida" Cash Purchases - the highest in the Nation @ 22% AND the tied at 2d highest in FHA at the same time. Wait 'til they find OUR(Lee County Florida) 64% cash percentage some day - they'll come see where all that cash is stashed.

This article was pointing out Gov't program percentages, but the National cash purchase percentages are clearly NOT what we are seeing.
