Investing in Nevada

guys, im new here. ive been wanting to invest in some income properties for some time, and feel a bit comfortable going about it now.

im looking in or around the Henderson Nevada area. from what i understand, nevada has been hit hard, but to me, i think itd be a good time to get in.

what are state taxes like in nevada? is this area particularly hard to rent?
