I am interested in expanding to a new market. Waco has caught my eye and I would be interested in getting some perspective on the Market in Waco.

Waco has a good market but there are a lot of people (competition) coming in from all over the place right now because of the HGTV show Fixer-upper. With that being said it is my opinion that a lot of people are overpaying because they don't know the market and the homes are so much cheaper than where they are coming from. In return, I also think this is driving some people away as they are overpaying and then having a hard time selling the home because they ask/expect too much.

I grew up in Waco so message me if you would like to talk more.
