Referral for a RE attorney and accountant needed in San Francisco

Hi -

I'm in the market for buying my second REI property, but this time an OO duplex hopefully. I was wondering if any of you has a referral for a RE attorney representing landlords and a RE accountant in San Francisco or the larger Bay Area. Also, does anyone have any experience in an OO property in the city of San Francisco and navigating the rent control regulations? More specifically, is it realistic to find a duplex without falling under the rent control laws (past 1979)?

Thank you,

Paula
