Hello,

I'll be relocating to Solano County CA in SEP and am looking to purchase my first home in Vacaville or Fairfield. I'm interested to hear what the pro Investors, Agents, and Brokers think about the current SFR home prices and their projections. Some of the RE websites are showing potential 3-4% growth in the next year. Are many of the homes Overvalued as some are suggesting? Are we hitting the "turning point" or still on the climb? Thanks for your tips!

Jeff M
