Hottest sectors? Coldest sectors?

What are the hottest one or two sectors in your market? How about the coolest sectors?

In DFW, it seems that multi-family, single tenant commercial, and SFRs are all as hot as they've ever been.

I don't know that any sector is cool, but relative to the above, maybe office? It's much better than 5 years ago, but not quite as hot.
