Hiring a Research Company
Has anyone ever heard of or had any experience hiring a company to do research on markets/submarkets? I am not very good at research (although getting better with practice) and I was thinking why not have an expert research for you? Especially since it frees you up more (My goal is to make this business as passive as possible). I hired an accountant, attorney, and real estate broker, and will be hiring a property manager, so why not hire a company to do my research too? That way my time actually putting deals together can be maximized. Thanks for the advice!
