boom!
My area is one in which the building boom boomed. It has been for years. A thousand houses were supposed to have been built adjacent to my back fence. That stopped a year ago.
After the last several weeks of seeing no new mls listings, no pendings, no solds, I called my agent to ask if I was still on her list. Yes, she said.
Yesterday I got one pending and one sold, today a new listing.
Is that light I see, a new day, or a the headlight of a train?
