Hi All,

First, I have to say that I am loving these forums and the podcast. It's great to hear advice from experienced investors and their stories on how you started out and what new investors should be cautious of.

I was trying to do research and was using two websites, www.city-data.com and Sperlings Best Places but felt like I was finding different info on the same subject. For example, Sperlings has Kansas, MI a population change from 2000 to Now as -5% and city data has it as 5%

I was curious what others have used or if one is more accurate than the other or a completely different site.
