Hello Again,

I live in an area that is booming right now! People are moving here left and right, and it seems like every weekend they are throwing up a new building in town! With that being said, I've noticed that there are still many homes on the market for long periods of time. There are some that are going on 400+ days listed. I'm looking at homes of all types in the 100K range. I was just wondering if someone had any info on why this might be. Is there something I'm missing.

I thought that maybe it was because there weren't many people in the area looking for a FLIP. If anyone would like to weigh in I would greatly appreciate it!
