Jingle Homes and Jingle Mail are the New Buzz Words

Thats what people are calling the houses that they are walking away from. When they put the keys in an envelope and send em back to the lender thats called Jingle Mail. This thing might drag out for another 10 years just like what happened in Japan. High oil prices are going to put a clamp on big box centers and commercial real estate. How bad can it get??? Pretty bad!! Jobs are being lost and we're in a tailspin. Iraq spending is sucking the economy dry! The politicians better smarten up or else the soup kitchens will start opening up...
