Serious talk of Overheated Markets Again!

I've been looking at other Markets and Texas was on my possible list.  Fitch Ratings believes that the Texas and California Markets are overvalued.  Do you think that's true?  If it is true it could be a greater problem.  2 major markets moving into the bubble zone would have national effects.
