Speaker Bio:

Hello, my name is Dolf. I am an engineer by profession, but I have a passion for real estate investing. I bought many properties in the Los Angeles area. I rehabbed, added square footage, and kept them as rentals. I have also invested in rental properties out of state and internationally. One of my many rewarding experiences is building or adding square footage to an existing home. I learned how to do that perfectly and correctly with the city’s blessing.
