ADU cash out or financing
Hello, I am building an adu to rent out and am wondering if anyone has ever done a cash out refi or how they funded this?
if I build with cash, I’d like to get most of my money back out.
appreciate any insight!
Mike

@Michael Hague so here are some options:
1) Cash out Refi a property owned
2) HELOC
3) If the cost if over $100K it opens up other loan options.
What state? as not all states have easy HELOCs
