Inquiring about REI meetup in Houston

I'm new to REI and plan to invest locally in the Houston market. I am looking to grow my buy and hold rental portfolio and would love to network with other investors/agents/wholesalers etc. Me and my wife would like to attend local REI meetups if any .

Any recommendations on Houston REI groups that meet in person or virtually?
