IRO deals in Pittsburgh Market - Current state

Current Passive investor in MF properties across the country and am looking to get into the IRO game here locally.  Looking at anything from duplex to 50+ doors.  Seems like Pittsburgh apartment building has taken off of late and wanted to connect with like minded folks who are looking in Pittsburgh.  Also would love anyone's thoughts on the current (2022) market here in Pittsburgh.  Strong or getting flooded with to many units for the area to support?
