We hear a lot of negative about the going on's of Detroit, here is a positive of all the new development going on in the city, despite the current bankruptcy.

Obviously a strong downtown will help "Metro" Detroit. I can't wait to see how it all takes shape. I'm especially excited to see how this rail project turns out. It's going to boom or bust, we'll see. If the rest of these developments don't happen as they should, its a bust. If they do, it's a boom.
