Effects of Hurricane Ian

Peoples lives and wellbeing will be severely impacted by the hurricane that is forecast to hit Florida, and I am very concerned about them, and I hope everyone will be ok. 

Not to ignore the terrible devastation or meaning to be insensitive, is it OK to ask in this forum,  how something like this effects a real estate market?
