Just read this article on LinkedIn / Real Deal. Apparently a deal has been struck with Democrat votes only that will do away with carried interest or promote for development / JV / investment / etc. and now be taxed as regular income.

  • What are your thoughts on work arounds?
  • How will this change promote structures for investment?
  • Does anyone know if there is any kind of sheltering in LLC / Corps / Trusts / etc?
