Fix and flip partnership

Hi there my name is Anastasia Asopiah. I am currently looking to fix and flip full time, but as a new investor it gets difficult to get 100% funding from lenders , majority are willing to give me 90% loan which make sense as a new investor, am looking to partner with any investor who will be able to bring up the 10% , I have a lot of deals , then we can come together and make these deals happen for 50/50 profit share …if this sounds like something you are interested in kindly let me know Thank you
