I'm interested who on BiggerPockets is interested in Residential Adult Family Home ownership, (not involving day-to-day operations or caregiving, just as a business) and has seen the averages for in-person care for the disabled and elderly? Great business model w/ awesome potential; considering the Silver Tsunami which is hitting the USA for the next 15 plus years. Higher return on investments per home!
