I'm familiar with the DST front but the fees seem a bit high especially for salesmen just getting you and introducing you to the dst . More interested in an upreit ( yes I know it's the last chance to move out of the reit without taxes ). What big companies are doing upreits. It seems 95% are doing dst... anyone have any success in upreits or move any money with a company you have liked ?
