ADU Financing Question

I know there are options that include cash, cash out refi and HELOC

Are there actual loans you can get for an ADU?

@Account Closed - Depending on where you are located there may be other options.

I believe in California, there are some companies that will build the ADU for a percentage of the rent for a set period of time. I think this is a similar setup to some solar options out there.
