County Auditor questions

I am going to be interviewing my local county auditor today and asking him questions about how property taxes are established and raised or decreased over time. I currently have a lengthy list of questions but wanted open this up to the group. What questions would you like me to ask him? I am going to try an video the questions and answers and post the series in the future.
