How to present comp reports to hard money lender or private

Hello I am completely new and have not done my first deal yet.  I was wondering if any wholesalers or investors have previous reports you can share that can give me an idea of how I should present to a hard money lender etc. I know prop stream generates reports with comps but I’m more interested in if anyone has a specific way to organize and present the offers they have. I.E. slide show, folder that is organized? Etc. Thanks in advance.

If you are pursuing a deal for a flip or a rental, you should have already done a deep dive into all of the numbers, the comps, the sub market, the projections, and have a plan B in the event things don't go according to plan.

All you need to do is organize those thoughts on paper or in a powerpoint to present to a private equity lender. If you did a good job underwriting the deal, it will be an easy sell to the lender.
