EVERYONE I NEED YOUR KNOWLEDGE!
I have a friend who has been renting from this landlord for about 2.5 years now and his lease is set to expire in May. He just received a call from his landlord today stating that he needs to be about by the time his lease ends because he has someone who is wanting to move in soon but never even gave him the option to release the place again even after he asked if he could extend. Can the landlord do this?
