Newbie Investor in Milwaukee, WI

Emily Neumann
Posted

Hi all,

I was fortunate enough to have to the opportunity to take advantage of the hot sellers market and sold my condo at a decent profit, and am looking into real estate investment to gain long term wealth and independence.  I live in the Milwaukee area and would like to invest here, but would potentially be interested in Chicago if need be. I’d love to make some connections in the MKE area to learn and see if I can offer help to anyone else in return!

As others have mentioned, attending some local real estate meetups is a great way to build your network and learn.  At these events you can connect with bankers, agents, etc. You might even find an off-market deal.  I live and invest in the Milwaukee area.  Let me know if I can help with anything!
