Investing in southern Ontario, Canada

Hey,

I'm new to Bigger Pockets and was wondering if there's anyone out there investing in Souther Ontario, Canada that would be open to chatting. We've just secured our second rental unit (duplex) and are looking to get into flipping but don't know where to start as we are maxed out on conventional mortgages.
