CoC ROI or cash flow?
Starting a new business in the Ann arbor area and everythime i analyse a new condo/ appartement in the market , i have a good cash flow and a really bad CoC ROI (no more than 3-4%. Should i wait more or try to see somewhere else? i dont know what to do at this point.

@Salima Bekkat-berkani hard to tell if you have good cash flow or how much you put down(which affects the ROI) without the analysis posted.
