Research Paper - on housing price data

Hello All,

I am doing a research paper for school on what factors affect housing prices. I need to find data that shows sold home prices (in Milwaukee). In this data set I also would hypothetically want to see location, demographic, household income, property tax, etc.. I would love to hear some resources anyone knows of to find some thorough data on this.
