Should i start with investing lower price or higher priced homes?
Is it better to invest in five 200k homes or a one 1 mil? I am leaning towards the latter given that you are likely to attract higher quality tenant and stability. But interesting to hear your thoughts.

I would almost always go for more doors and more tenants for better diversification. I would be surprised if a 1 million dollar house could actually cash flow, whereas 200k homes frequently can.
