Hiring staff for my company

Shay Hadani
Posted

For the past 3 years, I am Flipping 12 properties a year, 3-4 portfolio purchase renovations, and more turnovers for my current portfolio and i self manage my rentals. I usually manage 6 reno projects at a time. I am trying to scale the business and trying to hire office and field staff for my company for the 1st time. currently, it is just my wife and I.

Can you share your experience with your first office hires? where did you find trusted employees? what are the qualities i should look for in a new "Family" member?
