California, market is tough and can be a real drag to build and renovate. 

As a studio owner it’s been great but as a Real Estate investor I’ve been looking to take my business els where and Atlanta seem  like a reasonable option.

What residential locations are nice to invest in & How is the comecial real estate market differ? 

Is it a friendly place to build new construction?

I’m considering on buying a multi family and building or renovating a space for my studio business
