Looking for properties-- without MLS

Hi everyone,

I know there is the MLS (as well as the sites zillow, realtor, etc) and then there are "off-market" deals. I would like to know if there is a place online to find "off-market" deals or is it truly just talking to people, sending letters, wholesaling, etc? Thank you!

If there's a place to find deals online they wouldn't be off market.

You're going to have to be able to generate leads to get off market deals.
