I need clarity with understanding auctions and the requirements for investors  

For pre-foreclosures, should my offer amount be greater than the amount the home is needing to satisfy the remaining loan balance?

If yes, what is the forum for profit as an investor? 

What if a property has no comps? What is the point of reference for the buyer&seller?
