Tenant has not paid and is not answering calls or emails

Hello fellow investors,

My tenant is four days late and is not answering my phone calls, text messages or emails. I am trying to work with her but with no answer there is not much that I can do without going through the eviction process.

If I cant make contact with her, would anyone in Tallahassee be willing to deliver the pay or vacate notice for me, I am based in the Orlando area and wont be able to get up there for a few weeks. I would compensate for the drive over, your time etc. 

also if anyone knows any good lawyer services up there that deals with evictions, please let me know.
