Invested in project to help builder wrap up prior to closing!

Investment Info:

Single-family residence private money loan investment in Pascoag.

Cash invested: $20,000

Issued short term loan to help finish a project. Loan secured with sales and purchase agreement in hand and bank approval for purchaser at sellers price.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

This deal was short term with verifiable documents present. The security was nearly 100%

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

The deal was brought in via a family member making the conversation very straight forward.

What was the outcome?

With a closing date set for next week, the loan term is under three months making the length of the investment short and even easier to re-invest the profits prior to tax season.
