Investment Info:
Single-family residence buy & hold investment in Calumet City.
Purchase price: $86,000
Cash invested: $25,000
Purchase in 2019, put 25,000 into it, refinance EVERYTHING out of it. And no cash flow 600 a month.

New kitchen, paint, new bathrooms, minor repairs to exterior.

We refinanced everything out of the house after holding for 4 months.
