Hey bigger pocket family! I'm a 20 year old extremely motivated investor. And just about to take my first steps to a life of financial freedom. 

But hey, take a look at what hopefully could become property #1. Any thoughts/ideas or anything I should be aware of before jumping the gun. Only barrier I fear I may run into is down payment expenses/ Rehab costs. Thought on what type of loan would be best suited for me?
